A 103-acre tract with the Shoemakers as neighbors.  Warrant dated 28 May 1747; surveyed 1 November 1750 by Edward Scull.  While spelled as "John Pearce" within the Bucks Count Warrant Register, the survey spells the surname as "Pierce".
